GRANT ACQUISITION
Our dedicated team has secured and implemented grant funds from the Employment Training Panel, California Workforce Development Board, Department of Industrial Relations Division of Apprenticeship Standards, and California Energy Commission.
Strategy has successfully secured over $92 million in training and workforce development funds for its transit, construction, food service, building service, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality clients.

Our team provides complete management and administrative services to clients during the implementation phase of grant and privately funded program work. We provide a full spectrum of services including identification of funds, writing and winning grants, contracting, compliance, data management and reporting, invoicing, closeout and monitoring, and audits. Strategy recently had several million dollars in client funds audited by the funding government agency and had a less than one tenth of one percent rate of error.

In addition to successful acquisition of public grant funds, our team supports businesses and partnerships in developing and implementing workforce development plans and programs for their organizations.We have successfully guided our clients to develop long-term, sustainable workforce development infrastructures and partnerships where public grant funds help scale and expand program work instead of relying on the next grant cycle for core funding.
