GRANT ACQUISITION
Our dedicated team has secured and implemented grant funds from the Employment Training Panel, California Workforce Development Board, Department of Industrial Relations Division of Apprenticeship Standards, and California Energy Commission. Strategy has successfully secured over $100 million in training and workforce development funds for its transit, construction, food service, building service, manufacturing, healthcare, and hospitality clients.

Our team provides complete management and administrative services to clients during the development and implementation phases of grant and privately funded program work. We provide a full spectrum of services including identification of funds, program development, writing and winning grants, contracting, compliance, data management and reporting, invoicing, closeout and monitoring, and audits. Strategy recently had several million dollars in client funds audited by the funding government agency and had a less than one tenth of one percent rate of error.
